Langdale Cutaway
A classic Langdale perfected for soloists
With its elliptical sound hole and inlaid scratchplate, this cutaway version of the Langdale allows easier access to the higher frets. This example also features a wedge shaped body. When viewed from the strap button end of the guitar the body is deeper on the bottom side when compared with the top. This allows for a larger volume of body giving a strong, powerful and expressive sound without the physical discomfort of having a deep body under your arm. The combination of beautiful English Walnut together with a Western Red Cedar front give this guitar a wonderfully warm, rich and expressive range of sound.
